The VD30 can perform all 10 OBD2 tests, including reading and clearing fault codes, real-time data monitoring, freeze frame retrieval, one-click I/M readiness check, on-board monitor test, component test, O2 sensor test, vehicle information, and module presence check.

It can read data from vehicle sensors such as engine RPM, intake air temperature, short/long-term fuel, misfire data, etc., and display 4 PIDs simultaneously, merging them into one chart for comparison.

The VD30 features a patented I/M One-Click Readiness Key for quick state emissions readiness check (smog check) and drive cycle verification.

To ensure the vehicle is in good condition for diagnosis, the battery voltage test function can check the real-time voltage of your vehicle.

o facilitate the recording and review of historical vehicle issues, the [Review] and [Print Data] options are available. For printing diagnostic data, you need to connect the VD30 to a computer via a USB cable and then visit the VDIAGTOOL official website to print it.

The VD30 universal OBD2 scanner is compatible with all OBDII protocols, including J1850 PWM, J1850 VPW, ISO9141-2, KWP2000, and CAN. This OBD2 code reader can scan and work on most American, European, and Asian car manufacturers sold in the US post-1996 that are OBDII compliant and use 12 volts, including sedans, light-duty trucks, SUVs, minivans, etc.
